The open floor plan of the house invites entertaining inside and out, as every room leads to the 2,000-square-foot outdoor terrace surrounding the pool. Inside, comfortable seating areas are defined in the expansive living room/dining room. The kitchen has all modern appliances, including two stainless steel refrigerators, a marble-top bar and a full line of gourmet cooking and entertaining accessories. There are televisions the kitchen, one master suite and the media room. There are also DVD players, CD player for music and DSL computer hook ups. The media room's wrap-around couch faces the Sony 42" flat-screen satellite TV for watching movies or favorite sports events. One of the media room new sofas also folds out into a double bed for extra overnight guests.

One master suite has a king-size bed, the other a queen-size bed. Both have private marble and tile full baths. There's a queen-size sleep sofa in the cabana guest suite and another large full bath. The cabana suite also serves as a pool side changing room.

Outside, in addition to the beautiful large pool terrace with plenty of room to lounge or dine, the professional landscaping includes a quiet meditation garden. Alfresco dining is easy with the outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, electric grill, and large wet bar. Dramatic outdoor lighting sets the mood for evening entertainment.

Shopping and restaurants are only blocks away, and the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale offering every resort amenity is just a mile from your door.
